Kendrick Lamar Performs At College Football National Championship

Kendrick Lamar performed Monday night at the halftime show for the College Football National Championship between Alabama and Georgia.

Arguably the most talented artist of our generation proves to be a great performer as well.  Performing at numerous national events in the past, Kendrick has always been at the top when it comes to putting on a show.  And on Monday Night, he returned to that national stage.

The Alabama Crimson Tide and Georgia Bulldogs happened to open up on Monday night for Kendrick.  The Compton Rapper then put on a great performance with a medley of tracks.  As he entered onto the stage, the instrumentals to his song “FEEL” off of DAMN guided his introduction.  His track “DNA” then began to drop which is where he came in lyrically.  He then faded into “ELEMENT,” with “HUMBLE” coming after that. Kenny then performed one final track which happened to be an unreleased one.  We’ve seen Kendrick preview new music live in the past, such as when he previewed “Untitled 8” on Stephen Colbert in 2016.

All in all, it was a great performance by Kendrick, who we hope has plans to release new music in 2018.  You can watch the entirety of the performance here.
