Drake Surprises Fans With Canada Day Performance

Drizzy is on a roll in 2017.

Drake is known for putting on a show wherever and whenever he takes the stage, even when he isn’t on the set list. People celebrating this year’s Canada Day at Toronto City Hall were in for a special surprise when the “Signs” rapper graced the stage for a performance. Drizzy has always repped his country, as he even was on the cover of SLAM magazine with Toronto Raptor stars DeMar DeRozan and Kyle Lowry last year.

In the video, Drake speaks on what Canada Day means for him: “When we celebrate Canada, we celebrate all the individual’s from all races, all places, that came here and found solitude in this beautiful country… I just came for the party though, I’m a be honest.”

The superstar then proceeds to perform his hit featuring Future, “Jumpman,” and yes– everybody knew every word.
